He patient and understanding of my process which was several months long as I was waiting for some financial aspects to fall into place. I was also relocating to a brand new town that I knew nothing about. Cody took the time to show me homes and the surrounding area too. He not only sells homes but also the coastal lifestyle about which he is passionate and knowledgeable.
